needs to mash the cloves of Garlic into a refined paste by slowly adding

in color. As garlic does not hold emulsifying properties so sometimes Bread
or Egg yolk is also added as an emulsifier but still it has a distinct taste
from Mayo because of a strong & sharp garlic flavor. There are endless possibilities to add

To make mayo recipe, you have to whisk
egg yolk slowly along with vegetable oil specifically canola oil is used
resulting in white creamy color owing to continuous whisking. If you want to give it a different seasoned
